  • How can i get all my Official Receipts (OR)?
    Paano ko makukuha ang aking mga Official Receipt (OR)?

    All Official Receipts (OR) dated until August 31, 2016 for monthly payment, may get it to Head Office c/o CMD. Starting September 1, 2016, all ORs except HDMF ORs will be sent through Electronic copy on your email together with the monthly Statement Of Account.
    Lahat ng Official Receipts hanggang August 31, 2016 para sa buwanang hulog ay maaaring makuha sa Head Office c/o CMD. Ngunit simula September 1, 2016, lahat ng OR maliban lamang sa HDMF Official Receipts ay Electronic copy na at ipapadala sa iyong email address buwan-buwan kasabay ng monthly statement of Account.
  • Why am i receiving Statement Of Account which stated there are arrears and penalty that should be paid where in
    Post-dated checks has been issued?
    Bakit ako nakatanggap ng Statement of Account na nagsasaad na mayroon akong arrears at penalty na kailangang bayaran samantalang nakapag issue na ako ng Post-dated checks?

    Upon receiving of Satement Of Account, check the date stated. It maybe happened that the check has been cleared after the Statement Of Account has run. Always remember that it is 3 to 5 days upon the date of the check before the payment will be posted on the ledger. This is system-generated and it will update upon posting of payment. However, if there are corrections or lapses, kindly inform the CMD to verify.
    kapag nakatanggap ng Statement of Account, alamin ang nakasaad na petsa ng statement. Maaring ang pag clear ng iyong tseke ay naganap matapos mai-run ang Statement of Account. Tandaan na 3 hanggang 5 araw simula sa petsa ng tseke bago ma-post ang payment sa iyong ledger. Ito ay system-generated at makokorek kapag na-post na ang payment. Ganun pa man, kapag may mali o tumagal ang pag post ng payment, ipagbigay alam agad sa CMD upang ma-verify ito at matugunan ang iyong reklamo.
  • Why am i still receiving calls for follow-up of payment where in my account was taken out on HDMF and i have already issued a check?
    My account was taken out sa HDMF at nakapag issue na rin ako ng tseke, bakit may tumatawag pa sa akin upang i-follow up ang payment?

    This maybe the case of late posting of payment at HDMF. Your check issued at Axeia/Basic, is regularly deposited at the bank. After 3 days clearance, that's the only time it will remit at HDMF following the schedule of twice a week remittance.
    Ito ay maaaring kaso ng late posting of payment sa HDMF. Ang iyong tseke na-issue sa Axeia/Basic ay regular na dinedeposit sa bangko at kapag ito ay nag clear na matapos ang tatlong araw, doon pa lang ito ire-remit sa HDMF alinsunod sa schedula na twice a week remittance.
  • Can I pay my monthly amortization direct to the bank or any payment center instead of issuing Post-dated checks (PDC)?
    Maaari ba akong makapagbayad ng monthly amortization sa bangko o kahit saang payment center kapalit ng pagbigay ng Post-dated checks (PDC)?

    No. Issuance of PDC is part of the loan documentary requirements stipulated under Section 22 of the Reservation Agreement.Payment center is accepted if it is the first scehdule of amortization to give way for the process of checks at the bank.
    Hindi. Ang pagbibigay ng PDC ay parte ng loan documentary requirements na napagkasunduan sa ilalim ng Section 22 ng Reservation Agreement Pinapayagan lamang ang pagbabayad sa Payment Center kapag ito ay pinaka unang schedule ng amortization to give way sa pag proseso ng tseke sa banko.
  • Where can i pay my monthly amortization if my bank account has been closed?
    Saan ako maaaring magbayad ng monthly amortization kapag nagka problema o nagsara ang aking bank account?

    There are 3 ways on how to pay your monthly amortization depending on the status of your account. If you are updated and there are no past dues, CMD may issue Statement of Account valid for SM Bills Payment. This can be presented at any branch on Bills Payment of SM Department Store, SM Hypermart and SaveMore. You may also drop by at any UCPB branch and present the Statement Of Account for payment. However, if your account is delinquent, you need to talk to go to our Head Offiice to discuss the status of your account to our Collection Officer before the issuance of Payment Order. After that, you can pay your dues at the cashier.
    May 3 paraan ng pagbabayad ng monthly amortization depende sa status ng iyong account. Kapag ikaw ay updated or walang past due, ang CMD ay maaring mag issue ng Statement of Account valid for SM Bills Payment at pwede itong ipresenta sa saanmang sangay ng Bills Payment ng SM Dept. Store, SM Hypermart at SaveMore. Maari ding magtungo sa anumang sangay ng UCPB at ipresent ang SOA para makapgbayad. Kapag ang iyong account naman ay delinquent, kailangang pumunta sa Head Office upang makipag usap sa Collection Officer tungkol sa estado ng iyong account bago maisyuhan ng Payment Order para makapagbayad sa Cashier.
